Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Hollow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Savannah. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on public records and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
