Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Savannah with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
