Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath West Facilities is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
