Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Savannah, GA)

Summit Pike Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
