Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Jose, CA)

Nova Wren Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in San Jose presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
