Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Jose. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
