Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Jose, CA)

Summit Cross Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Jose. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on budget submissions and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
