Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Arts Center Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
