Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath Basin Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around San Diego, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
