Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak West Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
