Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Diego, CA)

Nova Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around San Diego. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
