Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Clear Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in San Antonio presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 238 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
