Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Antonio with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
