Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Rook Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Antonio area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
