Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Stone Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
