Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Lantern Property Management Partners is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
