Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Wren Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
