Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Fern Arts Center Group is an arts centre in San Antonio with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
