Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

Rivermark Forge Civic Services Group supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on budget submissions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
