Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
