Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Sable Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Antonio, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
