Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
