Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Sacramento, CA)

Amberfield Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Sacramento presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
