Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Sacramento, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 763 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
