Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Summit Property Management Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
