Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Sacramento, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
