Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Maple Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
