Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Wren Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Rochester. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
