Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Union Facilities looks after properties across the Rochester region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
