Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Keystone Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Rochester area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
