Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Rochester with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
