Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Timber Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
