Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Richmond, VA)

Summit Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Richmond. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
