Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Sparrow Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Reno. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
