Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wilder Property Management and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
