Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Reno, NV)

Nova North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Reno area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
