Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
