Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Lumen Union Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Boise with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
