Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Redstone Cross Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
