Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 333 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
