Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cross Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
