Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge West Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Toledo, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
