Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Rivermark Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
