Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Westbrook Loom Property Management Group is a Cincinnati property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
