Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Foxglove Bridge Facilities is a facilities company in Baltimore with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
