Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Ironwood Willow Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
