Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Ironwood Union Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
