Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Linden Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
