Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Cedar Rook Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Jose area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
