Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Greenridge Summit Property Management is a Miami property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
